Tuyển dụng Associate Lawyer tại Hải Phòng

- Contracts & Documentation: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, corporate records, internal rules, and policies.

- Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice to management and business functions on corporate, commercial, labor, investment, and operational matters.

- Compliance & Risk: Track regulatory changes, assess legal exposure, and implement measures to maintain compliance with Vietnamese laws and applicable international standards.

- Investment & Corporate Affairs: Support investment licensing, business registration, corporate changes, M&A, and strategic projects.

- Disputes & External Liaison: Handle legal claims and disputes, coordinate with external counsel, and work with authorities and business partners on legal matters.

- Coordination: Act as the legal liaison with headquarter, sharing regulatory updates, supporting cross-border matters, and aligning local practices with regional requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; Business, Commercial, or Economic Law is preferred.

- Lawyer practicing certificate/card.

- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in an in-house, law firm, or legal consulting environment; manufacturing, electronics, technology, or MNC experience is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws covering corporate, commercial, labor, investment, import-export, and IP matters.

- Hands-on experience with ERC/IRC applications, work permits, visas, and related legal procedures.

- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Strong capabilities in legal analysis, negotiation, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
