• Manage and supervise sales activities across the aesthetic channel, including beauty clinics, medical spas, and private hospitals throughout Vietnam.
• Manage and promote the complete

KNS International Aesthetics product portfolio, including medical devices, facial and hair exosomes, injectable collagen, professional skincare, and beauty devices.

• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop customer incentives, promotional campaigns, and sales programs.
• Conduct product knowledge and sales skills training for sales team members.
• Identify, develop, and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Supervise and ensure effective implementation of approved sales plans and strategies.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
• Monitor, supervise, and provide field and on-the-job coaching to Medical Representatives.
• Identify business challenges and recommend solutions to improve sales performance, market growth, and overall revenue.
• Conduct periodic employee performance evaluations and recommend appropriate improvements or corrective actions.
• Collect and provide market intelligence, competitor information, customer feedback, and industry updates to the Marketing and Management teams.
• Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Proven experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, medical devices, skincare, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare sectors.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the aesthetic clinic, dermatology, medical spa, and private hospital market.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
