Tuyển dụng Architectural Drafter (U.s. Embassy Project Main Contractor) tại Hà Nội

B.L. Harbert International LLC is the main contractor for the design and construction of the New U.S. Embassy Campus in Hanoi.

We are currently looking for a qualified Architectural Drafter to join our team and contribute to this high-profile international project.

Responsibilities:

- Creating detailed architectural shop drawings and plans based on the drawings and specifications provided by architects or engineers.

- Working closely with architects or engineers to understand the scope and requirements of a project.

- Checking drafted documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Revising drawings and plans according to feedback from architects, engineers, or clients.

- Making necessary changes to designs and plans as per the instructions of architects or clients.

- Preparing, reviewing and redrawing sketches from rough ideas or specifications.

- Review and coordinate project documents to identify potential conflicts and recommend solutions

- Utilize advanced drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools, to produce high-quality deliverables

- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in design practices

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software, with a deep understanding of BIM methodologies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams

- English: can communicate fluently at work

Benefit package:

- Salary: Attractive based on experience (probation period: 100% salary)

- SHUI: full salary after probation

- OT, 13th salary in accordance with the law.
