We are looking for Architects to join our Architectural Design Division and work on a variety of architectural projects from concept design through design development and project implementation.

*Depending on experience, design capability and project leadership skills, the position may be considered at Architect or Senior Architect (or Project Leader) level

- Responsible for architectural design, including the development of concepts, design ideas, and design proposals in collaboration with the project team.

- Develop and produce architectural drawings, 3D models, and design documentation across different design stages.

- Prepare presentation materials including renderings, diagrams, and layout compositions.

- Contribute creative and practical solutions to design challenges and translate design intent into clear and buildable architectural solutions.

- Coordinate with project team members, other disciplines, and external consultants to ensure design integration and consistency.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of design work in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and relevant local codes and regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Architector related field.

- 4+ years of experience in architectural design.

- Solid understanding of architectural design development and construction documentation.

- Demonstrate strong design thinking, with the ability to analyze and solve basic technical issues arising during the design process.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.

- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD
