Responsibilities:

Develop and visualize design concepts with strong aesthetic and functional understanding;

Create architectural presentations, moodboards, and 3D renderings using SketchUp, Enscape; AI

Produce architectural drawings using AutoCAD and assist in technical drawing packages;

Collaborate with senior architects, design manager throughout the design process;

Coordinate with internal team and external consultants (MEP, Structure, etc.);

Research and propose materials, finishes, and construction details;

Assist in preparing presentation materials and design reports for client meetings;

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and workflows to continuously improve team output;

Educational background

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Experiences

At least 3 years or over of professional architectural experience.

Strong conceptual design and problem-solving skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, photoshop

Skills required

Good command of English communication.

Able to work independently and under pressure;

A strong sense of aesthetics and spatial awareness.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence), Revit is a plus

To relate design to relevant VN design codes
