Summary of Job Description

The role’s responsible for developing and optimizing after-sales business performance for local products and new products, analyzing business performance and making recommendations about suitable policies, promotions, and campaigns to improve sales and profitability. This role also prepare business plans, forecasts, and budget controls while providing strategic recommendations to support business growth, and coordinate new after-sales projects and product initiatives to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Descriptions

Major Duties:

1) Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and propose new products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

2) Monitor and analyze business KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend action plans to improve sales and profitability.

3) Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and support demand forecasting for inventory planning.

4) Collaborate with cross-functional & dealers to ensure effective execution of business strategies & new products/projects

5) Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and promotion budget reports, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. 6) Work with MMC Global to develop new products and projects, and provide regular performance updates on existing product lines

Minor Duties:

1) Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and business performance updates.

2) Support payment processing and administrative activities for related business programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree with major Automotive/Economic/Marketing

• Experience: Having at least 1 years of working experience in automotive industry

• Knowledge: Automotive market & business plan & Marketing knowledge

• Skills: Negotiation skill, English communication, Logical thinking, Driving skill.
