• Source, connect, and build relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and MCNs for TikTok Affiliate programs.
• Maintain and develop a network of creators to support affiliate campaign growth.
• Monitor video performance, sales, GMV, and other key affiliate metrics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute branding and sales-driven campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with creators and provide support throughout the collaboration process.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral content formats, and creator activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Support other affiliate-related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce
• Experience working with KOLs/KOCs or an existing network in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Basic understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator ecosystem is preferred.
• Strong interest in social media and the ability to stay updated with TikTok trends.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
