Role overview
KOL Key Account Management Lead to develop and execute high-impact strategies that drive business growth through influencer partnerships. This role demands a strong strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage key relationships to maximize platform performance.
Key responsibilities:
● Strategic Growth & Planning: Define and implement KOL strategies that align with business objectives, driving engagement and conversion across social, video, and live channels.
● High-Impact Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage top-tier KOL relationships, ensuring long-term collaboration and sustainable growth.
● Performance & Optimization: Leverage data insights to continuously refine KOL engagement models, optimizing for A1, ADO, and other key business KPIs.
● Cross-Functional Presence: Work closely with stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize the impact of KOL strategies across business functions.
● Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing KOL management team, fostering a results-driven culture. (Lead a team of > 10 HCs)

4+ years in Affiliate Management, KOL/Influencer Management, or Content/Creator Partnerships, with direct ownership of top-tier partner relationships
Strategic thinking, solid stakeholder management & resources allocation skills.
People leadership: led teams of 10+, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into team-level execution.
Comfortable owning KPI targets (traffic, conversion, or equivalent growth metrics) and being accountable for the business outcome, not just the reporting
Affiliate or content industry background
Experience across multiple platforms (gives direct insight into competitor incentive structures)
BI/data tooling fluency for spotting early churn signals
