• Purpose
• Support the commercial growth of assigned small to mid-sized brands within M-Commerce. Own ROI performance for affiliate-related activities across assigned brands, while managing daily sales, promotions, and platform relationships in alignment with the overall commercial strategy.

Campaigns and New Initiatives Planning with Strong Performance Optimization

Engage directly with category managers to understand their requirements and investment budgets.

Sales Revenue Planning

Develop sales revenue plans from affiliate sources (video and livestream) based on category briefs.

Execution

Work with in-house affiliate teams and external affiliate partners to execute the planned initiatives.

Monitoring and Follow-Up

Track the implementation of plans with both internal teams and affiliates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor performance metrics and develop backup plans if targets are not being met.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and provide insights to clients based on past activities and lessons learned for future improvements.

Affiliate Recruitment & Network Expansion

• Proactively source, assess, and recruit new partners who can bring incremental volume and first-order contribution.
• Build a strong pipeline of new KOCs / MCNs / Communities to continuously expand the growth ecosystem.

UALIFICATION

Minimum of 3 years in affiliate marketing, outreach, or a similar role, with experience in MCN or influencer marketing.

Strategic relationship development and partner nurturing.

Cross-functional stakeholder coordination and expectation alignment.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
