Affiliate Executive/ Senior (Booking KOL KOC)

Commercial Manager
Purpose
Support the commercial growth of assigned small to mid-sized brands within M-Commerce. Own ROI performance for affiliate-related activities across assigned brands, while managing daily sales, promotions, and platform relationships in alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
Campaigns and New Initiatives Planning with Strong Performance Optimization:
Engage directly with category managers to understand their requirements and investment budgets.
Sales Revenue Planning:
Develop sales revenue plans from affiliate sources (video and livestream) based on category briefs.
Execution:
Work with in-house affiliate teams and external affiliate partners to execute the planned initiatives.
Monitoring and Follow-Up:
Track the implementation of plans with both internal teams and affiliates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor performance metrics and develop backup plans if targets are not being met.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and provide insights to clients based on past activities and lessons learned for future improvements.
Affiliate Recruitment & Network Expansion:
Proactively source, assess, and recruit new partners who can bring incremental volume and first-order contribution.
Build a strong pipeline of new KOCs / MCNs / Communities to continuously expand the growth ecosystem.

UALIFICATION
Minimum of 3 years in affiliate marketing, outreach, or a similar role, with experience in MCN or influencer marketing.
Strategic relationship development and partner nurturing.
Cross-functional stakeholder coordination and expectation alignment.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
