• 2-3 years of experience in Ads Monetization, Monetization, Growth, or related roles within the mobile game industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile game monetization, game loops, player behavior, and in-game economy.
• Hands-on experience with ad mediation platforms (ironSource, AppLovin MAX, AdMob, Unity Ads, Mintegral, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of ads performance metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, Ads ARPU, Fill Rate, Impression/User).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with BI tools, dashboards, Excel/SQL is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and platform policies (ATT, GDPR, COPPA) is a plus.

• Manage and optimize end-to-end ads monetization strategies for mobile games (rewarded video, interstitial, banner, offerwall) to maximize revenue while maintaining a positive player experience.
• Evaluate and scale revenue potential from advertising channels, ad networks, and mediation partners.
• Set up, manage, and optimize ad mediation waterfalls and bidding strategies to improve eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and Ads ARPU.
• Monitor advertising revenue performance and key metrics; identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, frequency, placements, and segmentation to improve monetization efficiency.
• Work closely with UA, Data, and Tech teams to ensure ads are well-integrated into game loops and player lifecycle.
• Ensure ad quality, compliance, and brand safety, using tools and dashboards to monitor user experience and policy adherence.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with advertising partners to secure optimal deals and performance.
