- Receiving and checking the validity of purchase order, contract, invoice, and related documents before recording into SAP and making payment request.

- Regularly reconcile accounts payable with suppliers and related departments to ensure accuracy of invoice.

- Support tax-related activities, including tax payments, reconciliations and providing supporting documents for tax audits/inspections.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in AP/Accounting/Finance; garment experience is preferred.
• Good English and computer skills; SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
• Careful, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
