As an Account Management Intern within our Influencer Marketing team, you will sit at the intersection of brands, influencers, and technology. You will work closely with seasoned Account Managers and Client Solutions teams to plan, coordinate, and execute impactful creator campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Support

Assist Account Managers in day-to-day campaign coordination, including influencer shortlisting, briefing, content review/vetting, posting schedules, and timeline management.

Platform Operations

Learn and utilize AnyTag for influencer discovery, audience analytics, campaign tracking, and workflow automation.

Client & Creator Coordination

Support client communication by preparing meeting agendas, drafting status updates, and liaising directly with influencers or talent agencies under supervision.

Data Tracking & Reporting

Collect real-time campaign metrics (impressions, engagement, conversions, ROI) to build client-ready post-campaign evaluation reports and performance presentations.

Market & Trend Research

Research emerging social media trends, viral creator formats, competitor benchmark campaigns, and platform policy shifts (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to provide actionable insights for client proposals.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with internal business development, creative, and influencer relations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client alignment.

Process Documentation

• Maintain campaign tracking sheets, contracts, and internal records to support account hygiene and operational efficiency.
• Who You Are
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Passion for Creator Culture: Avid user and follower of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) with a keen eye for viral trends, influencer culture, and content marketing.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Thai (both written and verbal), with the ability to convey ideas clearly and interact professionally with clients and talent.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional organizational habits, skilled at managing multiple project deadlines, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, social analytics, and metrics to translate campaign performance into clear insights.
• Proactive & Solution-Driven: Eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, self-motivated, and quick to take initiative.
