• Act as the main contact point for assigned clients: receive briefs, understand objectives, and provide suitable recommendations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Medical Content, Digital, etc.) and external vendors
• Handle webinar, event, content development project and marketing campaign execution, digital education project for pharmaceutical/healthcare clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and reports for client presentations
• Review deliverables before submission and monitor campaign performance
• Support and guide Account Interns when required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Executive or similar roles within marketing/communication agencies
• Experience working on webinars, events, or healthcare/pharmaceutical projects is preferred
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and client servicing
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills
