5+ years of experience in university relations, academic partnerships, technical training, engineering education, talent development, or related areas.

Strong understanding of engineering and industrial technologies.

Networking and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to influence and build long-term relationships.

Strong executive presence, confidence, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and organizations.

Conversational English is desirable.
