Holder of this position will have the following duties:

• Safely transport diplomats, embassy staff and visitors to and from various locations and routines

• Regularly check and maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

• Coordinate with technician in relation to the maintenance embassy work and residence as well

• Handling logistics as assigned by Administration Officer such as airport pass, dipmail and mailings as well.

• Help passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, carrying luggage, and providing any necessary assistance during travel.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A minimum of 03 years work experience

• Maintain the confidentiality and respect the sensitive nature of embassy operations.

• English Communication level

• Excellent driving and navigation skills.

• Able to deal multiple tasks independently.

• Dress neatly and professional at all times

• A valid and appropriate driving licence is required

• 2 Recommendation letters (at least one from former working place) – please bring to the interview
