A.R Accountant

1. Revenue and Accounts Receivable Management

• Issue invoices and recognize revenue for each sales channel (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).

• Monitor accounts receivable from e-commerce platforms, shipping providers, payment service providers, and business partners.

• Verify the accuracy of revenue, collections, service fees, commissions, discounts, and other adjustments.

• Record accounting entries related to revenue, accounts receivable, and associated costs in compliance with accounting regulations.

• Review and record transactions related to product returns, refunds, vouchers, promotions, trade discounts, and shipping subsidies.

2. Payment Reconciliation

• Reconcile revenue and cash receipts between:

• The ERP system;

• Reports from e-commerce platforms.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.

• Monitor outstanding settlements and follow up on missing or short payments from e-commerce platforms.

3. Reporting

• Prepare reconciliation reports analyzing differences between recorded revenue and revenue reported by e-commerce platforms monthly.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Accounting, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS); knowledge of Power Query is a plus.

• Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.

• Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online payment processes.

• Detail-oriented, honest, with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data.
