Japanese company manufacturing and supplying forklift trucks - is looking for
Procurement Supervisor to manage and optimize the sourcing and procurement process for forklift truck components, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality supply while developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Working Location:
Thien Loc Commune, Ha Noi City
Monthly Salary:
Negotiable
Job Responsibilities:
Search, evaluate, and propose potential suppliers; develop and expand qualified sources of supply.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and track delivery status.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate price, terms and conditions, required quality levels, and on-time delivery schedules.
Generate and implement cost reduction ideas and actions.
Resolve issues and troubles that arise during operations.
Prepare payment documents.
Analyze supply chain data for optimization opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, quality) on specifications and requirements.
Manage supplier contracts and performance evaluation metrics.
Necessary Skill / Experience:
Education background:
Bachelor's degree.
Language skills: English - Business Level
Experience:
More than 3 years of working experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company.
Can read and understand technical drawings.
Negotiation skills, data analysis skills, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, passionate, and determined to achieve goals.
Ready for domestic or overseas business trips.
Preferable Skill/ Experience:
University graduate from specific institutions: Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Hanoi University of Commerce, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST).
Familiarity with production systems such as ERP, SAP, or IFS is preferred.
