JOB PURPOSE | MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

• Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm MDM trên đa nền tảng (Android, iOS, Web), phát hiện lỗi sớm trong quy trình phát triển, xây dựng và duy trì bộ test toàn diện cho tất cả tính năng MDM.

Ensure the quality of MDM products across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Web). Detect defects early in the development lifecycle and build/maintain a comprehensive test suite for all MDM features.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

• Xây dựng test plan và test cases chi tiết cho từng tính năng MDM (enrollment, policy, remote commands).

Create detailed test plans and test cases for each MDM feature, including enrollment, policy, and remote commands.

• Thực hiện kiểm thử chức năng (functional testing) trên admin console và mobile agent.

Perform functional testing on the Admin Console and Mobile Agent.

• Kiểm thử đa nền tảng: Android (nhiều phiên bản, nhiều hãng), iOS, web browsers.

Execute testing across multiple platforms, including various Android versions/manufacturers, iOS, and web browsers.

• Kiểm thử hiệu năng: số lượng thiết bị đồng thời, response time, battery consumption.

Validate performance metrics such as device concurrency, response time, and battery consumption.

• Kiểm thử bảo mật cơ bản: authentication, authorization, data encryption.

Conduct basic security testing covering authentication, authorization, and data encryption.

• Thực hiện regression testing trước mỗi release, quản lý bug lifecycle trên Jira.

Perform regression testing before each release and manage the bug lifecycle using Jira.

• Xây dựng automation test cho các luồng chính (API testing, UI automation).

Develop automation tests for core workflows, including API and UI automation.

Your Skills and Experience

REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU

1. Học vấn | Education

• Cử nhân CNTT hoặc ngành liên quan. Chứng chỉ ISTQB là một lợi thế.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields. ISTQB certification is an advantage.

2. Kinh nghiệm | Experience

• 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm QC/QA, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm test mobile apps.

2–4 years of experience in QC/QA, with a preference for candidates experienced in mobile app testing.

3. Kỹ năng kỹ thuật | Technical Skills

• Testing Methodologies: black-box, white-box, regression, smoke, UAT.
• Automation: Selenium, Appium, or Detox cho mobile testing.
• API testing: Postman, REST Assured.
• Performance testing: JMeter, k6, or equivalent tools.
• Bug tracking: Jira, with strong skills in writing clear bug reports.

4. Kỹ năng mềm | Soft Skills

• Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận, tư duy phân tích edge cases.

Meticulous, careful, and possessing an analytical mindset for edge cases.

• Kiên nhẫn, kiểm thử lặp đi lặp lại.

Patient and comfortable with repetitive testing tasks.

Clear communication skills for reporting bugs to developers.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) | KPI ĐO LƯỜNG HIỆU QUẢ

1. Test coverage ≥ 90% cho tất cả user stories.
Test coverage ≥ 90% for all user stories.

2. Tỷ lệ bugs phát hiện trước release / tổng bugs ≥ 85%.
Defect Detection Rate (Bugs found before release / Total bugs) ≥ 85%.

3. Thời gian verify fix ≤ 4 giờ sau khi dev fix xong.
Fix verification time ≤ 4 hours after developer completion.

4. Automation test coverage cho core flows ≥ 60%.

5. Số bugs escape (lọt qua QC lên production) < 3/release.
