Role Summary: A YouTube Network Operator owns the day-to-day relationship and support experience for the creators, channels, and content owners in EMVN's YouTube network. You are the trusted point of contact partners rely on — resolving issues across the content lifecycle while keeping the network compliant, healthy, and growing.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with creators and content owners to ensure service quality and partner satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding to day-to-day support.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically across chat, email, ticketing (Zendesk), and Discord.
- Support partners through YouTube CMS operations, monitoring channel health and guiding growth.
- Guide partners through revenue, payment, and monetization inquiries, coordinating with internal teams.
- Ensure network compliance with YouTube policies, flagging copyright strikes and risks early.
- Deliver first-line technical assistance within agreed SLA targets (first response and resolution time).

Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (music, media, or business preferred).
- Proven experience in customer success, client services, or relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with data, systems, and structured CMS processes.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with YouTube MMO or the digital/music copyright industry is a significant plus.

- Background or genuine interest in the music, media, or creator economy.

A note on experience 
Candidates who demonstrate strong potential but do not yet meet the experience requirements may be considered for an internship position.
