• Develop and execute the wholesale sales plan to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, ensuring effective launch plans and smooth roll-out across new accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners through regular visits, training, and sales support initiatives.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to implement brand-right displays, promotional campaigns.
• Monitor account performance to ensure brand standards, pricing policies, and assortment compliance are met.
• Analyze sales performance and provide input for strategies to expand market penetration and product category growth.
• Manage pre-order planning and order processing to align with sales objectives and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow from order to delivery.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin / Sales Support; experience in FMCG, fashion, accessories, or distribution is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, sales reporting).
• Detail-oriented, accurate in data handling and document management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
