• Receive inbound goods: check quantity, type, specification and condition (especially fragile items such as sanitary ware, tiles and glass) against PO/Packing List/delivery note; issue discrepancy reports when needed.
• Put away, organise and label stock in correct locations according to material characteristics (heavy, fragile, moisture-sensitive), following FIFO/FEFO.
• Update the ERP (Odoo/Vindoo) promptly and accurately: goods receipts, issues and transfers; manage lot/serial tracking when required.
• Prepare and issue materials to production according to manufacturing orders/BOMs; confirm actual issued quantities and help resolve surplus or shortage.
• Control inventory: perform periodic and ad-hoc stock counts, reconcile records with physical stock, report and analyse variances.
• Receive, store and dispatch finished products (bathroom pods, modules) per delivery orders; protect products from impact and moisture; coordinate with Logistics on container loading schedules.
• Monitor minimum stock levels, raise replenishment requests (PRs) and work with Purchasing to ensure material availability.
• Manage defective and slow-moving stock and post-project surplus; maintain 5S and warehouse safety, including safe forklift/crane operation.
• File warehouse documents and prepare periodic inventory in/out/balance reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor’s degree; Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields preferred.
• Experience: 2 years in warehouse operations or inventory control; experience in construction materials, interiors or manufacturing warehouses preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, stock counting and inventory documents; ability to read basic BOMs and manufacturing orders.
• Language: Basic English to read labels, packing lists and cargo documents.
• Computer skills: Good command of Excel; experience with the Inventory module of an ERP (Odoo or Vindoo) is an advantage.
• Physical & certification: Good health for warehouse work; forklift/crane operator certificate preferred (where applicable).
• Attributes: Honest, careful, responsible, adherent to procedures and safety rules.
