Warehouse Officer – Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations: Handle receiving, issuing, transferring and storing materials/goods.

2. Inventory Control: Maintain stock accuracy, conduct cycle counts/stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.

3. WMS/ERP: Perform warehouse transactions and maintain accurate system records.

4. EHS & Compliance: Follow warehouse safety, EHS and the Saint-Gobain Group compliance requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree /Associate degree in Economics and Finance, IT

Experience:

- At least 1 year of working experience in similar position

- Good at problem solving and negotiation

- Good at communication skills with various types of audience in both Vietnamese and English

- Good at Word, Excel, and Power Point are required.
