• Background in 3PL, FMCG or Retail is accepted;

• E-commerce experience preferred.

• Experience managing warehouse teams and owning KPI/SLA.

• Strong knowledge of inbound–inventory–fulfillment–outbound–return flows.

• Hands-on experience with WMS/OMS and marketplace integrations.
