- Providing strategic and operational leadership for a high mixed low volume, fast paced, order fulfillment, multi-shift warehouse operations.

- Administer all warehouse functions to ensure timely and accurate inbound, binning, outbound, packing, shipping, order fulfillment, staffing, performance management, housekeeping, and optimization of resources and processes within approved budgets.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and processes through employee training and development, exploration of software solutions, existing and emerging technologies, and new working methods.

- Act as the first escalation point for warehouse-related issues.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure working environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, open communication, training, development opportunities, and performance management processes.

- Build and maintain employee morale and motivation while ensuring the team is adequately staffed with the required competencies.

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans in line with company objectives and strategic direction, and be accountable for warehouse performance.

- Foster a positive employee relations environment that drives high-performing teams.

- Design and implement workforce strategies to ensure flexibility, multi-skilling, and compliance with shift schedules.

- Actively participate in recruitment activities to maintain staffing levels and attract qualified talent.

- Demonstrate expertise in warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock taking, inventory control, data management, warehouse layout, and customer service.

- Create development opportunities for Team Leaders and lead by example through continuous self-development.

- Support audit activities and leverage findings to improve warehouse operations.

- Support safety programs and organizational development/change initiatives.

- Ensure best practice procedures are consistently followed across all areas of responsibility.

- Ensure warehouse headcount and labor hour targets are achieved.

- Set and achieve performance goals through effective use of KPIs related to Productivity, Safety, Quality, Speed, and Customer Service.

- Ensure superior customer service for both external customers and internal stakeholders.

- Provide input into annual budget planning based on historical data and future business initiatives.

- Resolve employee and operational performance issues.

- Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities, ensuring complete documentation and follow-up reviews with the team through formal presentations.

- Work effectively with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and decision-making authority.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Manager roles, with extensive expertise in warehouse process planning, execution, monitoring, analysis, and logistics decision-making.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees.

- Good understanding of leading Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WHS) used within the industry.

- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.

- Ability to research, propose, and implement warehouse automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of warehouse layout design and optimization.

- Sound knowledge of warehouse safety standards and first aid practices, including compliance with legal requirements and operational safety guidelines.

- Ability to promote and implement continuous employee training and development programs.

- Good understanding of change management and organizational transformation.

- Strong customer service mindset with a high customer focus.

- Good understanding of ABC inventory management principles.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
