We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Warehouse Lead (Household Plastic Product) with the following criteria & work:

1. Position Overview:

The warehouse leader will be responsible for leading daily warehouse operations activities and ensure accurate inventory, proper storage, efficient material flow, and timely delivery of materials to production and finished goods to customers etc...

2. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

• Lead daily activities of the warehouse with related department.
• Receive, check, store and issue raw materials, packaging materials, and Accessories and finished goods.
• Ensure materials are supplied to production according to production plans.
• Control loading, unloading and internal material movement.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and 6S including good safety environment.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records in system and physical stock.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock checking and cycle counts.
• Investigate and report inventory differences.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete and damaged goods and materials.

Raw Material & Production Support

• Control storage of PP, Tritan and other plastic raw materials, masterbatch, additives and packaging materials.
• Ensure correct material identification, labeling and traceability.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning and Purchasing for material requirements.
• Ensure no wrong material or color is issued to production.

Finished Goods

• Control finished goods receiving from production.
• Ensure correct quantity, SKU, batch and labeling.
• Arrange finished goods according to customer orders and shipment plans.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Sales for dispatch and delivery.

Team Management

• Assign daily work to warehouse workers and other related team.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and discipline.
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, 6S and material handling.
• Improve warehouse productivity and reduce handling errors. 

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage conditions.
• Follow company EHS, quality and warehouse procedures.
• Support internal and external audits such as ISO, BSCI, customer audits, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in warehouse operations; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in plastic injection molding, houseware or FMCG manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO and warehouse management.
• Experience using ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Good leadership and team-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning and Logistics.
• Forklift license/certification is an advantage.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
