To enhance the Nike brand experience by planning, executing, and maintaining premium visual merchandising standards across retail locations. The role ensures that product stories, seasonal campaigns, and in-store displays are presented with excellence, driving consumer engagement and commercial performance, and reinforcing Nike’s brand identity.

Visual Merchandising Execution

Assist VM Manager in doing what’s right and delivering results.

Provide weekly/monthly VM reports, execution summaries, and improvement proposals.

Tracks productivity and ensures the team is meeting principle for VM Manager tasks.

Implement Nike’s global and regional VM guidelines across stores.

Execute product presentations, mannequin styling, and window displays aligned with seasonal directives.

Maintain VM standards through regular in-store visits and audits.

Planning & Coordination

Plan and coordinate VM tasks for the VM staff to ensure consistent execution across all stores.

Oversee VM planning and assign responsibilities to VM staff to ensure timely and accurate implementation of visual merchandising standards.

Coordinate with the office team and store team to plan VM set-ups and refresh cycles.

Lead VM execution during new store openings, remodels, and development projects.

Coordinate fixture, VM tool preparation, layout planning, and initial product presentation in collaboration with regional teams.

Support & Training

Train VM staff and store leader on VM standards, product placement, styling guidelines and VM Tools maintenance.

Conduct VM workshops during trainging programs and seasonal kick-offs.

Coordinate with retail team during store visits to help maintain consistency.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail Management or other Arts-related fields.

2-3 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail.

Essential leadership skills in managing VM staff.

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop and visual planning tools.

Able to travel frequently for store visits and campaign execution.

Ability to work flexible hours for campaign setups (early mornings/late nights/ weekend when required) and under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication skills in Vietnamese and basic English (for working with regional teams).
