1. Position Overview

Deliver an instructional program that aligns with both the school's philosophy and Vietnamese government standards.

Support individual student growth and actively collaborate with non-Vietnamese colleagues in English.

2. Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Assessment

Design differentiated lessons, grade assignments, and thoroughly complete semester reports by academic deadlines.

Student Supervision

Maintain classroom discipline, perform duty supervision during recess, and ensure student safety during field trips.

Administration

Keep track of attendance and grading using school platforms (PowerSchool, Atlas, Google, Microsoft).

Communication

Maintain open and regular communication with parents through conferences and meetings.

Professionalism

Be punctual, act as an appropriate role model, respect cultural diversity, and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Duties

Assist with occasional after-school functions, event coordination, or chaperoning overnight trips (e.g., 'Week Without Walls').

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in
• Vietnamese Language and Literature Teacher Education.

Certification

• Must hold a valid
• Vietnamese Teaching Certificate.

Knowledge

• Deep understanding of
• Vietnamese Literature, History, and Geography.

Experience

2 or more years of school experience is preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication skills in both
• English and Vietnamese
• (written and spoken); proficient in teamwork and problem-solving.
