Vietnamese - English Interpreter (C1 / C2 English Required | Permanent Night Shift | 100% WFH)

Work Schedule: 5 days per week

Shift: Permanent Night Shift – No shift selection

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional Vietnamese–English interpretation between customers and relevant parties.

• Interpret conversations clearly while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and context.

• Listen attentively and communicate information accurately in both Vietnamese and English.

• Handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.

• Maintain a high standard of communication and service quality.

• Follow all company procedures, policies, and performance requirements.

• Ensure a professional and distraction-free environment while working from home.

***Working Hours

• 5-day work week

• 9-hour shift: 8 hours login + 1-hour break

• Permanent night shift

• Shift start times may range from 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Vietnam Time (ICT)

• No shift selection – candidates must be flexible with the assigned night shift schedule.

Salary Package Training allowance USD625 for 3 weeks & Basic salary USD1350 / month ICA contract.

• C1/C2 level English proficiency

• Native Vietnamese speaker.

• Candidate must be based in Vietnam

• Education: Vietnamese High School Diploma above.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Vietnamese fluently

• Must be willing and able to work permanent night shifts WFH

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• A private room or dedicated workspace

• A quiet and professional working environment

• No sharing of the workspace with others during working hours

• Stable and reliable internet connection

• Suitable equipment and environment to support remote work

• Ability to comply with the company's WFH / 360° workspace audit requirements
