Key Responsibilities

• Plan, capture, and edit high-quality video content to support brand campaigns, product launches, social media initiatives, and other marketing activities.
• Manage all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, lighting setup, audio recording, editing, color correction, and final asset delivery.
• Produce engaging short-form video content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop compelling visual narratives through effective storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and post-production techniques.
• Create product-focused and lifestyle video content that effectively communicates brand propositions and enhances consumer engagement.
• Adapt and edit creator- and influencer-generated content into brand-compliant assets tailored to specific platform requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Content Planners, Designers, and external partners to ensure creative alignment and execution excellence.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines across all video materials.
• Stay informed of emerging content formats, digital trends, and platform best practices to continuously elevate content quality and effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Proven experience in videography and video editing, preferably within FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or digital marketing environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting techniques, and audio production.
• Proficiently using video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve), AI creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ChatGPT)
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging social-first content and adapt videos for multiple digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is highly desirable.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and content production capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
