1. Vessel Operations & Scheduling

- Coordinate vessel operations, ensuring timely updates on daily movements, long-term schedules, and ad hoc vessel deployment plans.

- Manage and update CY Cutoff and Window times for HCM and CMP terminals.

- Register monthly berth schedules with port authorities.

2. Communication & Cargo Management

- Act as liaison with MOC and vessel captains at SGN/CMP ports when required.

- Verify and provide initial import/export cargo figures (including empty and reefer containers) to boarding staff, based on EDI data from the previous port, to ensure compliance with customs regulations.

- Deliver pre-loading plans from MOC to terminals for review and updates prior to cargo operations.

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Review and upload final stowage plans (ASC format and EDI format) to VOI after vessel departure.

- Maintain and update ADR records for vessels operated by Cosco.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduated in Maritime Studies, International Trade or relevant major.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ related experience,
• Strong knowledge of maritime transport operations and prior experience working at a shipping line is advantages.
• Strong teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English, with specialization in maritime studies preferred, and Chinese required (HSK4 or above).
