We are looking for a VE Engineer to join our engineering team and drive value engineering initiatives across products and manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and support Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) activities to identify opportunities for product cost optimisation while maintaining or improving product quality, performance, and reliability.

- Analyze product structures, components, materials, manufacturing processes, and specifications to identify cost reduction and value improvement opportunities

- Develop and evaluate alternative designs, materials, components, and manufacturing processes to improve overall product value.

- Conduct technical evaluations, testing, and validation of proposed changes before implementation.

- Track VE project progress, cost savings, implementation status, and project benefits.

- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate VE findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other engineering projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Academic:

University Degree in Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production or other related Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Experience:

- Fresh graduate or max 2 years relevant experience in VE/NPD (New Product Development) field. Experience working in outdoor products field is an advantage.

- Product design & project management.

- Familiar on 2D and 3D CAD preferably with UG NX .

- Familiar with application for safety approval such as UL.

Other Skills:

- Good level of English.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication.

- Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills – able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
