Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler systems service, repair, and installation.

High school diploma or state-recognized GED.

Ability to read and understand design and construction documents.

Proficiency in using hand tools, laptops, emails, smartphones, and tablets.

Capability to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted.

Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Good customer-facing and customer service skills

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Possession of a valid driver's license with limited violations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in estimating service repairs and tenant improvements
• Proficiency in the layout of fire sprinkler systems
• Experience with servicing and installation of various fixed extinguishing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Membership in a Bargaining Unit (union)
