Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and further develop StudyIn Vietnam's UK student recruitment business, driving sustainable growth and market expansion.

• Strengthen StudyIn's brand awareness, market presence, and competitive position in Vietnam.

• Develop and implement business development, sales, and recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets.

• Support the Board of Directors in leading, managing, training, and developing the UK counselling and admission teams across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, and other locations in Vietnam to achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

• Personally manage student enquiries, provide counselling, and drive direct student recruitment and conversion to achieve targets.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students, ensuring effective lead management and conversion.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with UK universities, institutional partners, local schools, education agents, and sub-agents.

• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement recruitment campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and other promotional activities.

• Coordinate with admissions and other internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and successful student enrolments.

• Monitor recruitment performance, sales pipelines, market trends, and team KPIs, and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.

• Undertake other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international student recruitment, preferably in the UK market.

• Good knowledge of UK education and university admissions.

• Proven sales, business development, and team management skills.

• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
