1. Technical System Management (30%)

● Develop and implement standardized technical training programs, curricula, and technician competency standards across international markets, including the Philippines, Indonesia, India, and other assigned markets.

● Develop and implement technical training programs, curricula, and technician competency standards across the system.

● Develop and manage the technical documentation library, including Service Manuals, circuit diagrams, and spare parts catalogs.

● Standardize remote and on-site technical support processes across overseas markets.

2. Team Operations & Market Quality Management (35%)

● Assign, coordinate, supervise, and oversee the performance and deliverables of Technical Supervisors responsible for different oversea markets.

● Manage MPQ processes, including Arrival Inspection, EWA, and returned products.

● Manage the MQR process for new product issues and conduct product Pilots/Trials, subject to Department Head approval.

● Consolidate and prepare monthly market product quality reports (MQM).

3. OEM Business Management (20%)

● Receive and handle technical requirements and specifications from OEM customers.

● Lead the resolution of technical complaints from OEM customers in coordination with Factory QC and R&D teams.

● Act as the technical focal point between the OEM Business division and the Factory.

4. Market Management & Reporting (15%)

● Lead and coordinate technical operations across assigned international markets.

● Lead weekly Sales–Service meetings and monthly market service meetings.

● Review and ensure the quality of service and market quality reports submitted by Technical Supervisors.

● Consolidate technical and service performance information from multiple markets and provide management with a comprehensive view of international operations.

● Train, coach, and assess the competency of Technical Supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

● 3–5 years of experience in technical support or product quality management.

● Experience in technical training and documentation; factory collaboration is a plus.

● OEM customer support experience is preferred.

● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

● Good knowledge of water purifiers and water treatment technology.

● Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and Pareto; good working English.

● Proactive, resilient, and willing to travel to overseas markets.
