·           Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue closing and reporting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, billing, and collections for line maintenance services.
·           Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, aviation requirements, and tax regulations.
·           Review maintenance service contracts and complex revenue transactions to ensure appropriate accounting treatment, billing, and revenue cut-off.
·           Perform reconciliation between revenue, billing, accounts receivable, and operational records, and resolve discrepancies or customer billing issues.
·           Maintain and enhance internal controls over revenue accounting to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of revenue data.
·           Identify and implement process improvements and automation to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and control of revenue processes.
·           Analyze revenue performance, actual vs. forecast/budget variances, and key revenue and collection KPIs; provide insights and recommendations to management.
·           Prepare revenue forecasts and management reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
·           Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and timely collection.
·           Identify revenue accounting risks and control gaps, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
·           Support internal audit, external audit, and tax inspections related to revenue accounting and reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, aviation financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies, and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Other tasks assigned by DyFM /FM.
Knowledge
·         Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting.
Knowledge of Vietnam accounting, tax law.
Skill
·         Good spoken and written English.
·         High attention to detail and accuracy.
·         Strong Excel, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
·         Good communication and teamwork skills.
·         Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience:
·         At least 3-5 years of experience with the same position or equivalent.
·         Experience with aviation industry revenue models is an advantage
Proficient in MS Offices, Fast system….
