• Monitor and support the daily performance of the Customer Service Center, ensuring service quality and operational standards are maintained.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare reports on key service performance indicators, including response time, number of service requests, customer feedback, customer satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on customer-related issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Support Chinese–Vietnamese and Vietnamese–Chinese interpretation and translation in daily communication, meetings, and service-related documents.
• Support service quality improvement initiatives by identifying recurring customer issues, following up on corrective actions, and providing insights from customer feedback.
• Assist with other Service team activities and projects to improve customer experience and after-sales service operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Business Chinese, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a service center, warranty center, customer service center, or after-sales service environment.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Chinese, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with strong follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
