MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage the trade marketing plan in short term & long term.
Be in charge of new store openings, including but not limited to site survey, visibility solution, promotion scheme, leaflet development, leaflet distribution, opening event,…
Planning & executing action plan for low performance group stores time to time.
Standardize POSM package, monitor POSM production, delivery to stores & manage stock of MKT POSM & equipment.
Planning & executing exhibition, activation, workshop, events…
Searching, finalize & evaluate quality of service providers.
Budget management: Control and manage trade marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for in store activities.
Partnership collaboration.
Conduct competitors research.
Other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 - 5 years experience in Trade/ Marketing Team Leader in the retail industry.
Experience in planning & executing promotion/ activation is a must.
Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.
Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts.
Excellent communication skill with internal & external teams.
Problem -solving skill & can-do attitude.
