Tuyển dụng Tender Specialist (Open to Expats) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Analyse tender documents, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Technical, Contract, Finance, Marine, and QHSE departments to gather inputs for tender proposals.
• Calculate project costs utilizing available tools and methodologies.
• Identify project risks and incorporate contingency costs when necessary.
• Prepare technical submissions including methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure technical inputs comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare commercial terms and conditions in collaboration with the contract team.
• Compile technical and commercial documentation for bid submission.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with client deadlines.
• Handle post-tender clarifications, revisions, and negotiations.
• Support contract finalisation after successful tender awards.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve bidding strategies.
• Maintain records of past tenders and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in geotechnical or geophysical engineering projects, either onshore or offshore.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, technical proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• English proficiency required.
