Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong telecom knowledge, particularly in SIP/VoIP, performance testing, and test automation. Experience with IMS/SBC is preferred, but candidates with relevant telecom experience are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform load, stress, and capacity testing, including CPS and concurrent calls.
• Develop test automation using Robot Framework, Python, and Shell Script.
• Use testing tools such as SIPp, Seagull, and Wireshark/tcpdump.
• Monitor systems using Linux, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Analyze SIP traces, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of SIP/SDP, VoIP, IMS/SBC or related telecom technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Telecommunications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing, preferably in telecom performance testing.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English for reading technical documentation; spoken English is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with IMS/SBC products.
