Degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience leveraging CMS/CDP platforms and AI-driven technologies, with demonstrated ability to mentor and scale technical writing teams

Must be able to demonstrate

• Proficiency in documentation tools (Markdown, Git, CMS platforms) and strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• Writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, quality, usability, and user-centered design
• Interpersonal, coaching, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with Engineering, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver accurate, user-focused documentation; able to communicate clearly across varying levels of technical expertise with a goal-oriented mindset

• The pay range for this position is $112,669 - $193,147 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
