1. Technical Documentation & Support

• Prepare product specifications and technical documentation

• Ensure technical information is accurate and up to date

• Prepare drawings and system design

• Handle technical inquiries from partners and customers and provide troubleshooting support.

2. Customer & Partner Technical Consultation

• Participate in customer and partner meetings for technical consultation

• Analyze customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

• Develop tailored technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

3. On-site Coordination & Project Handover

• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and partners for on-site activities

• Support on-site installation, commissioning, and system configuration

• Monitor installation quality and provide technical guidance

• Prepare project documentation and handover reports.

4. Product Development Support & Field Feedback

• Collect field feedback to support product performance improvement

• Collaborate with HQ on feature validation and testing.

5. Technical Communication & Reporting

• Maintain communication between HQ, partners, and internal teams

• Provide regular reports on technical issues and site progress to the General Director and HCMC headquarters.

6. Other Duties

• Perform tasks as assigned by the General Director

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above

(Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Ability to prepare drawings and system design

(AutoCAD or equivalent design tools)

• Hands-on experience in on-site installation, commissioning, and technical support

• Ability to prepare technical documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent English proficiency
