- HCM: 7th Floor, Viettel Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Hoa Hung Ward, HCMC

OLYMPUS MEDICAL SYSTEMS VIETNAM CO., LTD is a subsidiary of OLYMPUS CORPORATION, one of the Japanese leading manufacturers for medical field. Along with our business expansion in Vietnam, we are looking for suitable, qualified candidates for the following positions at our offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

II. JOB PURPOSE:

Make sure inspection/ repair standard for medical equipment following Olympus's standard to contribute maintaining and improving repair service quality of Olympus's service at Vietnam and the trust of customer for service of Olympus.

III. JOB RESPONSIBLES:

1. Repair process management:

- Receive equipment and implement reprocessing to make sure all the equipment is under clean condition.

- Perform inspections and propose replaced spare part list to Deputy/Section Manager for review and approval before sending to Service Coordinator to issue quotations to customers.

- Perform repair after getting agreement on quotations from customer and make sure to repair equipment under Olympus standard quality.

2. Demo checking:

Perform checking on returned demos to find out any detective (if any) to ensure all returned demos are under good conditions.

3. Tool, Jig, Facilities management:

Frequently check situation and maintain 5S of Tool, Jig, Facilities to make sure that they are always under good conditions.

4. Bulletin, QA, QIS, FSCA, Complaint Handling:

Read and understand all Service bulletins in order to be updated timely new repair method, new repair software, changes regard to tool, jig, parts…

5. Technical Service Quality Review:

Support Managers to conduct Technical Service's internal review, OT Technical Quality Review to keep Technical Service's activities in standard and follow policies of OCAP/OT.

6. Meeting and Report:

Attend all necessary meetings to make sure all activities, targets are according to plans and following directions of OVN/OCAP Management.

7. Others:

Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by your Line Manager.

- Knowledge for electrical and mechanical, Electronic-communication, Bio Med

- Having 1 year or more work experience related technical

- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC 650)

- Computer skill (Word, Excel, PPT)

- Skills: PDCA skill, Communication skill, Teamwork skill
