Our client is a fast-growing technology company establishing and expanding its manufacturing operations in Hung Yen (bus provided from Ha Noi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong).

We are looking for an experienced Technical/ Engineering Manager with a strong background in electronics manufacturing, particularly in Test Engineering and Process Engineering. The successful candidate will lead a large cross-functional engineering team and play a key role in building engineering processes, systems and capabilities from the ground up.

Engineering & Manufacturing Management

- Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 engineers and technical professionals, covering: Test Engineering, Process Engineering, NPI, Project Management, Mechanical Maintenance

- Provide technical and operational leadership across the engineering organization.

- Ensure effective collaboration between Engineering, Production, SCM and other cross-functional teams.

- Manage manufacturing activities across the product lifecycle, from raw materials through finished goods.

Test & Process Engineering

- Lead and optimize Test Engineering and Process Engineering<ins> activities for electronics manufacturing.

- Drive manufacturing process improvement, production efficiency, quality and equipment utilization.

- Work closely with production teams to identify issues, implement corrective actions and improve overall manufacturing performance.

- Review and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions and production methods.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste and enhance process stability.

NPI & Product Transfer

- Provide engineering leadership for New Product Introduction (NPI)<ins> and product transfer activities.

- Work closely with NPI, Project Management, Process Engineering and Test Engineering teams to ensure successful product launches and production ramp-up.

- Coordinate engineering activities from development through mass production.

- Support the introduction and qualification of new products, processes and manufacturing equipment.

Equipment & Maintenance

- Oversee engineering support for a broad range of manufacturing equipment, including: SMT equipment, Electronic testing equipment, Mechanical equipment, Calibration systems

- Other manufacturing and production equipment

- Ensure appropriate maintenance systems and procedures are established and maintained.

- Work with the Maintenance team to improve equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.

Supply Chain & Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with SCM to ensure alignment between engineering requirements, material availability, production planning and manufacturing activities.

- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality and other functions to resolve manufacturing and supply-related issues.

- Support engineering decisions that impact material requirements, production capacity and finished goods.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good English communication skills is a MUST.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.

- Strong experience in electronics manufacturing.

- Strong background in Test Engineering and/or Process Engineering.

- Experience managing large engineering teams and multiple technical functions.

- Solid exposure to SMT, electronic equipment, mechanical equipment and calibration.

- Experience with NPI, product transfer or manufacturing ramp-up is highly preferred.

- Experience managing processes from raw material through finished goods is preferred.

- Strong experience working closely with SCM / Supply Chain teams.

- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up / greenfield manufacturing environment.

- Highly proactive, agile and adaptable with a “think outside the box” mindset.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues and develop solutions independently.
