This position requires solid early childhood pedagogical knowledge, independent classroom management skills, and fluent English proficiency to ensure high-quality instruction, care, and communication in alignment with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Actively collaborate with homeroom teacher to prepare learning materials, and directly deliver instructional activities that foster children's language, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development.
+ Classroom Management & Childcare: Establish a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment. Guide and support children (aged 4–5) in developing self-help skills, good habits, and routines with patience and care.
+ Parent Communication & Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for parents. Update, discuss, and report on individual student progress, behavior, and daily well-being in a professional manner.
+ Student Observation & Assessment: Monitor, document, and evaluate individual child development milestones periodically to tailor educational approaches to each student's needs.
School Events & Collaboration: Actively participate in school events, professional development (PD) workshops, field trips.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

+ Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related pedagogical field (Mandatory), Bachelor's degree in English Studies with prior teaching experience in kindergarten classrooms, specifically from the Pre-K level and above.
+ Language: Fluent English (Strong Listening, Speaking, and Writing skills). Must be able to communicate, collaborate, and co-teach seamlessly in a 100% English-speaking environment with foreign colleagues.
+ Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a classroom teacher or assistant in a kindergarten setting. Experience in international or bilingual schools is highly preferred.
+ Skills & Attributes: Deep understanding of early childhood psychology; strong classroom management skills utilizing positive discipline; energetic, creative, highly responsible, and possessing a genuine love for young children.
