2. JOB DESCRIPTION

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Teacher Trainee, you will learn through a combination of classroom observation, hands-on practice, professional training, and gradually increasing teaching responsibilities.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Observe real English classes 
• Prepare and teach assigned classes based on the Center’s curriculum
• Support learners who need additional help
• Participate in teacher training, coaching, classroom observations, and feedback sessions 
• Follow students’ learning progress and provide basic feedback or learning support when required.
• Maintain a professional English-speaking environment and communicate with students primarily in English.
• Gradually take responsibility for independent classes once you have successfully completed the required training and teaching evaluations.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, internal training, and other teaching-related activities when required.

• Have a clear interest in developing a career as an English Teacher, especially an IELTS Teacher.

• Are proactive, responsible, patient, and comfortable working with different types of learners.
• Are confident communicating and interacting with students.
• Prefer practical, hands-on learning rather than learning only through theory.
• Are willing to participate in classroom observations, teaching practice, training, and regular evaluations.
• Can maintain professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to assigned classes and training schedules.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

• 6 working days/week: Monday–Saturday
• Working hours: Within 9:00 AM–9:00 PM with Maximum: 5 classes/day
• Full statutory insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law
• 12 days of annual leave/year + Vietnamese public holidays
• Part-time option available: Minimum 10 classes/week
