• Lead and manage engineering activities for T&I/EPCI projects from planning, FEED/detailed design through installation and as-built documentation.
• Develop engineering execution plans, resource plans, design schedules and deliverable registers.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and allocate resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams on technical matters and engineering interfaces.
• Review and manage engineering deliverables, technical specifications, drawings, calculations, QTO/MTO and construction/installation documentation.
• Support procurement and tendering activities, including preparation of technical specifications, evaluation of technical proposals and clarification of technical requirements.
• Manage engineering changes, technical queries, risks and interfaces, assessing their impact on project schedule and execution.
• Provide engineering support for offshore/marine installation activities, including transportation, heavy lifting, jacket/topside installation, pipeline/cable laying, mooring and subsea installation.
• Lead engineering meetings, monitor progress and prepare regular engineering reports for project management and clients.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in offshore oil & gas, marine construction, renewable energy, EPCI or industrial construction.
• 5+ years in Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing engineering/design activities for T&I and/or EPCI projects.
• Experience working directly with clients, engineering consultants and subcontractors.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, preferably 20+ engineers.
• Good understanding of offshore/marine installation engineering and construction activities.
• Experience with areas such as transportation, heavy lifting, jacket/topside installation, pipeline/cable laying, mooring or subsea installation is highly desirable.
• Experience in tendering/bidding and preparation/evaluation of technical specifications is an advantage.
• Strong project planning, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Fluent English, including technical communication and communication with international clients/partners.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with engineering software such as AVEVA E3D/PDMS, Navisworks, SACS, MOSES, OrcaFlex, CAESAR II or equivalent.
