1. Production Planning (MPS – Master Production Scheduling)

• Analyze historical sales data and collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Marketing teams to develop supply plans.
• Develop and monitor daily and monthly production plans, balancing demand, production capacity, and target inventory levels.
• Prepare production schedules based on domestic and export customer orders.
• Maintain and update BOM and production planning master data in SAP.

2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Develop material requirements and supply plans for raw materials and packaging materials (RM/PM) to ensure timely production.
• Monitor material availability and replenishment against Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), supplier lead times, and safety stock requirements.
• Balance and coordinate material transfers between warehouses; track changes to raw material and packaging material codes, as well as shelf-life and expiry dates.
• Monitor demand forecasts, raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and proactively mitigate material shortage risks.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and near-expiry inventory (SLOB) and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

3. Supplier Invoice & Payment Coordination

• Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and goods receipt/delivery documents.
• Track payment status and coordinate the resolution of invoice discrepancies to ensure timely supplier payments.

4. Reporting & Inventory Management

• Monitor and update OOS, SLOB, and inventory reports.
• Identify and assess supply risks, proactively flag potential shortages or excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management or a related field.

Experience & Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Planning or Material Planning; FMCG experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MPS, MRP, BOM management, and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong data analysis, planning, and progress-tracking skills.
