Structure Repair Senior Engineer

- Responsibility for the achievement of efficient operation of the composite workshop.
- Supervise staff in shop for duties, discipline and work performance.
- Ensure all equipment, tools and materials are serviced or calibrated and in good conditions.
- Certification of repair and defect rectification.
- Cost savings in repair outhouse as far as possible and within capability
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
- Ensure all work done are in compliance with SRM
- Check with TSE for out of limits defect.
- Report directly to Director of Maintenance, and AMO Director
- Operating Network will include Base Maintenance, Technical Services, Supply, QA and other related departments.
- Manage the Composite workshop efficiently and produce annual budget for the shop
- Support Aircraft Maintenance Operations
- Taking oversight of staff welfare and safe working environment
- Ensure all work done are in compliance with SRM and regulations.
- Work with QA in all audits and in Root Cause Analysis, investigations.

1. Education:
- Graduated University Degree with related Aviation Training Certificate.
2. Job related Requirements:
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including experience in managing a maintenance workshop or team.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in aircraft structures and composite repair.
3. Specific knowledge:
- Good understanding of aviation regulations, with knowledge of EASA and/or FAA requirements preferred.
- Completion of relevant aircraft type and/or engine training is an advantage.
- Good understanding of airline operations, MRO, and AMO organizations and processes.
- Sound knowledge of aircraft maintenance standards, repair procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
4. Language Skills:
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to understand technical manuals and documentation.
- TOEIC score of 500 or above, or an equivalent English proficiency certification.
5. Other requirements:
- Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation.
