Manage the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) department.

Control product quality throughout the production process.

Manage production records, including production quantity, scrap rate, machine parameters, and other relevant data.

Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.

Create and optimize programs for SMT machines.

Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance of SMT machines.

Troubleshoot and resolve SMT-related issues.

Create programs and operating instructions for AOI and ICT machines.

Provide technical support to the production workshop.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Graduation from a vocational or college program specializing in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Ability to operate production machinery (SMT).
• Meticulous, hardworking, and highly responsible.
