Tuyển dụng SHE Manager tại Phú Thọ

Main duties & responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage overall SHE activities of SEOV.

2. Develop, implement and continuously improve SHE policies, procedures and standards.

3. Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations related to Safety, Health, Environment, Fire Prevention and Chemical Safety.

4. Manage and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

5. Conduct risk assessments and establish accident prevention measures.

6. Lead accident/incident investigations and follow up corrective and preventive actions

7. Conduct regular factory SHE inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.

8. Develop SHE objectives, KPIs, training plans and improvement activities.

9. Coordinate with Production and related departments to improve SHE performance

10. Lead, coach and develop the existing SHE members and strengthen teamwork, communication and discipline within the group.

11. Report SHE performance, major risks and improvement actions to Management.

12. Develop a standardized SHE management system suitable for SEOV's future multi-factory operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Degree/diploma required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Engineering, Engineering or related fields.

• Experience:Minimum 7 years of experience in SHE/HSE/EHS, preferably in manufacturing companies.

• Foreign language: Good English communication skills, including meetings, email and reporting.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu:

1. Practical experience in managing and developing a SHE team.

2. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese regulations related to Occupational Safety & Health, Environment, Fire Prevention & Fighting and Chemical Safety.

3. Good knowledge and practical experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

4. Experience in risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

5. Experience in dealing with government authorities, external audits and compliance inspections.

6. Strong leadership, people management, communication and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.

8. Proactive, responsible and able to respond and make decisions promptly when SHE issues occur.

9. Experience in large-scale FDI/manufacturing companies or multi-factory operations is preferred.

10. Relevant SHE professional certificates are an advantage.
